What is a Corporate Apartment?
Corporate Living offers spacious, fully furnished one, two and three bedroom apartments that include: Custom Furniture; Plants and Pictures; Crisp Clean Bed Linens; TV/DVD; Cable or Satellite Television; Clock Radio; Local Telephone Service; Utilities and Fully Equipped Kitchens with Cooking and Eating Utensils.
What is included in the cost?
Corporate Living includes the complete cost of the apartment, i.e., there are no hidden surprises or fees! All furnishings, cable television, utilities, local telephone and housekeeping service are included. Additional charges incurred are long distance, Pay Per View movies and any special furnishings you may request, such as a sleeper sofa.
What is your minimum lease term?
A 30 day stay is typically required.
Are pets welcome?
Most Corporate Living apartments allow pets. However, there are usually weight limits and breed restrictions and an additional fee may be required.
How do I pay?
Corporate Living includes everything on one, simple invoice. You will be billed monthly in advance and may pay by credit card or company check, subject to credit approval. Credit cards accepted include Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. We can bill individuals or invoice a company directly with proper credit approval.
Do you require a security deposit?
Generally we do not require a security deposit. However, every guest is required to provide a valid credit card at the time the reservation is requested, regardless if their company is being billed. The credit card will be used to guarantee payment for any incidentals or charges not approved by your company.
How do I check-in?
Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you the address, community phone number and easy directions from the airport or major highway. Keys may be picked up at the apartment community office or if you are arriving after hours, special key arrangements will be made for you.
